At LSA, we believe that excellent Customer Service
is of paramount importance in the increasingly
competitive business environment. Above all else, we
have striven to ensure that our staff are all
trained to the highest possible standard in this
area.
Our customer base has been maintained and increased
by ensuring that communication regarding movement of
consignments is of the highest quality at all times,
so that, should there ever be any delays en route,
both you and your customer are kept fully aware of
events as they progress.
From Management, to all office staff and through to
the drivers, we insist on helpfulness, courtesy and
efficiency at all times. Unlike some other transport
companies and logistics providers, our telephones
are answered promptly and politely and are attended
24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
For larger accounts, we install dedicated telephone
lines which are also operated 24 hours a day, 7 days
a week. We can also arrange to answer calls on these
dedicated lines with the name of our customer, so as
to act as an integral transport department, if so
required.
In addition, if required our Customer Services
personnel can provide direct 24 hour contact
telephone lines, so once an account manager has been
appointed, you can be sure that they are always
available to take your calls, whenever you need
them.
